How to manage spam with Microsoft Outlook Express?

1. From your Inbox folder, click on on the “Tools” > “Message Rules” > “Mail

Tools > Message Rules > Mail


2. Click “New

3. Tick both “Where the Subject line contains specific words” and “Move it to the specified folder”.

4. Click “contains specific words”. Type  *****SPAM***** and click “Add”.

5. Select “*****SPAM*****” and click “OK”.

6. You'll then returned to the New Mail Rule page. Proceed to the following screen by clicking on the “specified folder” link.

7. Create a new folder. For example, “Junk” and click “OK

8. And you're done!
