How do I create signature with Microsoft Outlook 2007?

1. From the menu bar, click ‘Tools’ > ‘Options…’.

2. In the following screen, click on the Mail Format tab, then click on the Signatures… button.

3. While you are at this screen, click on the New button followed by typing a name for the desired signature. Next just click on the OK button.

4. Creating a signature is much simpler thanks to HTML GUI editor. Now you can create your own signature in whichever way you like it to looks like.

5. After you have created your signature, select the default email signature that you would like to use when creating a new message or replying a message for a particular account, which can be selected from the drop-down menu. There is no limit as to how many signatures you may create.
