How to configure auto responders in Plesk?

1. Go to https://www.yourdomain.com:8443 (Remember to enter port number :8443 and use “https” and not “http”). Log into your Plesk Control Panel with your assigned username and password.

2. Upon successfully logging into your Plesk Control Panel, you will be presented with this interface. Click on the “Mail” icon and select the email account which you want to create the autoresponder for.

3. The screen will refresh and you will now be displayed with the following options. Click on the “Autoresponders” button.

4. You will then be presented with the following interface. Click on “Add New Autoresponder”.

5. Using the text that has been filled in as a guide, fill in the fields accordingly. Click on the “OK” button when you are done.

6. You will then be brought back to the previous screen. Please note that the Autoresponder is still inactive. You will have to check the box on the right hand side and click on the “Enable” button on the top.

7. Following that, the screen will refresh and you will be presented  with the following screen. Note the green icon on the left which indicates the Autoresponder is active.
