We would like to inform you that there will be a planned electrical maintenance at our Cyberjaya Data Centre. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS MAINTENANCE ONLY AFFECTS CLIENTS WHO ARE HOSTED IN TM CYBERJAYA DATACENTRE.

The maintenance window period will be as below:

Maintenance Window Start Date & Time

Start Date : Sunday, 18/9/2011

Start Time : 0001 hr (12.01am midnight) (+8 GMT)

 

Maintenance Window End Date & Time

End Date : Sunday, 18/9/2011

End Time : 0700 hr (7.00am) (+8 GMT)

The Datacentre provider (TM) will be performing a scheduled power maintenance. The scheduled downtime would be up to 7 hours and the power restoration would be done in stages. As such, some servers will come back online sooner.

If you have a server colocated with us in the CBJ DataCentre, kindly ensure that your server is properly turned off before 12 Midnight to avoid any problems. Your server will be manually turned on after the maintenance is done.

For Shared Hosting Clients and Dedicated Server Clients, our engineers will manage the servers operation on your behalf.

Integricity will assign extra engineers to be on duty to ensure that all servers are properly launched back at the times provided.
